I know we often take this verse out of context, but I love what Jesus says in verse 26, Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” The truth is there are a lot of things that are impossible for us as imperfect humans. With God there are no impossibilities. He is the creator of the universe and as such He can do anything and everything. We need to remember that we do not stand alone. When we think we cannot do something, we need to remember that with God anything is possible.

Again, I love how the message puts the passage on marriage
10Jesus’ disciples objected, “If those are the terms of marriage, we’re stuck. Why get married?”
11-12But Jesus said, “Not everyone is mature enough to live a married life. It requires a certain aptitude and grace. Marriage isn’t for everyone. Some, from birth seemingly, never give marriage a thought. Others never get asked—or accepted. And some decide not to get married for kingdom reasons. But if you’re capable of growing into the largeness of marriage, do it.”
Marriage isn’t for everyone. I think this is another area of disservice to the church. The teachings of church are overwhelmingly that at some point you get married and have kids – that that is somehow God’s call on the lives of all believers. That simply isn’t the case. This teaching leaves a bunch of folks who are unmarried wondering why? What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I find the right person? I don’t want to get married, but maybe I’m supposed to? Jesus is really clear about how hard it is, that you have to have a level of maturity to allow yourself to grow into this thing called marriage – and that it’s not for everybody.
